The letter alias is a rough guide only — our sizing runs smaller than everyday clothing, so please go by your bust measurement first.

How to measure

Measure against your bare skin and keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

  • Bust: around the fullest part of your chest.
  • Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
  • Hip: around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Getting the fit right

  • Training / everyday: choose your true size for a comfortable, supportive fit.
  • Prefer it snug: size one down.
  • Between sizes: go with the larger size for more comfort over long sessions.
Junior swimmers: as a rough age guide only — 22 ≈ 5–6 yrs, 24 ≈ 7–8 yrs, 26 ≈ 9–10 yrs, 28 ≈ 11–12 yrs, 30 ≈ 13–14 yrs. Children vary a lot at the same age, so please measure bust, waist and hip and choose by the numbers rather than by age.

Care

Rinse in cold water after every session. Cold-water wash, do not soak, do not bleach, do not iron, cool tumble dry only, and wash dark colours separately.
