Refund & Returns Policy

Made to order, in your size

Every Martin West Designs garment is printed, cut and sewn to order at our factory in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. Our garments are sized to body measurements, so measuring yourself is the best way to get the right fit.

If your item is faulty or not what you ordered

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or isn't the print, style or size you ordered, contact us within six months of delivery. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping. Please send photos of the problem when you contact us.

If you ordered the wrong size

We're happy to make you a new size if:

• you contact us within 7 days of delivery, and
• the item is unworn and unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.

A R150 fee covers remaking and sending the new size. You're responsible for the cost and risk of sending the original item back to us. We recommend an insured, trackable service.

Swimwear and underwear can only be exchanged if they're unworn, for hygiene reasons.

Items we can't exchange or refund

Unless they're faulty, we can't accept returns of:

• custom or personalised items, such as club and team kit, or items with names, numbers or logos;
• items that have been worn, washed or altered.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked a returned item, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your bank.

International orders

For orders shipped outside South Africa, the same terms apply. Return shipping for size exchanges is at your cost, and any import duties or taxes are not refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped straight to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.
