Sizing: Choose by your waist measurement in cm (below), not your usual clothing size. Jammers fit snugger than our briefs — if you're between sizes, or from size 36 up, go one size up. Junior swimmers: please measure rather than buying by age.

How to measure

Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

Junior swimmers: rough age guide only — 22 ≈ 4–5 yrs, 24 ≈ 5–6 yrs, 26 ≈ 7–8 yrs, 28 ≈ 9–10 yrs, 30 ≈ 11–12 yrs, 32 ≈ 13–14 yrs. Children vary at the same age, so measure and choose by the numbers, not by age.

Care: Rinse in cold water after every session. Cold-water wash, do not soak, do not bleach, do not iron, cool tumble dry only, and wash dark colours separately.
